Have you ever entered a house where, when you turn on indirect lighting (LED strip), the walls appear to have waves or bumps? This is a lower-level finish (Q2 or Q3). In modern real estate, where grazing lighting is trending, the flatness of the walls is critical.

The Technical Quality Scale (Eurogypsum):

Q1/Q2: Basic. Just ready to receive thick tile or wallpaper.

Q3: Standard. You hear "it´s ready to paint," but under strong light you can see the joints.

Q4 (Premium): Full surface finish. The wall is completely covered with a thin finishing compound and sanded by hand with grazing control light. The result is a matte "mirror" finish.
